Baja Fair Trade is the first registry of real estate agents to adhere to standardized disclosures and which opens itself to public scrutiny.

The Baja Fair Trade Registry is a privilege open to all Brokers and Agents that maintain the legal documentation to work in Mexico and who demonstrate their commitment to Baja Fair Trade standards in all of their real estate transactions. Members of all real estate associations are welcome to join and the Point2NLS platform (http://www.point2nls.com/) is utilized by all registrants.

Registry participation is open to 1) Brokers and all of the agents reporting to them or 2) to invidual agents who do not have a Broker sponsor. Brokers are encouraged to join the Registry and must require the participation of each of their agents. Individual agents without a Baja Fair Trade Broker sponsor are also welcome to join. The Registry is independent of real estate agency and association: is focused on exemplary agents; and is not for the promotion of any particular agency brand.

Baja Fair Trade is all-volunteer and self-regulated. The registry service is currently free to agents that agree to support Baja Fair Trade standards with their clients.
